Excellent Students Choose Small Classes Because of the Good Teaching Effect

Since Shenzhen Longhua Chinese-English Experimental School carried out the research and construction of Small Class, Individuation, Internationalization school characteristics in 2012, after years of practice and exploration, the characteristics of small class teaching and teaching effect have been significant. Our students have got outstanding results. Shenzhen Longhua Chinese-English Experimental School has been widely recognized by the higher authorities, students, parents and the society. The school was awarded the Longhua District Education Internationalization Characteristics School, the College Entrance Examination and other advanced units honorary titles.
Therefore, the application stage in the sixth grade of this year, a large number of outstanding students in Grade Six compete to enroll a small class in Shenzhen Longhua Chinese-English Experiment School. At present, according to the school enrollment plan, more than 200 students who want to enroll this school were chosen through the comprehensive quality evaluation of 334 (evaluation methods: good habits, strong ability, excellent results in three aspects respectively accounted for 30%, 30%, 40%). 30 students among them have been admitted so far.
On April 21st, the school organized a parents meeting to brief the policy and the characteristics of our small class teaching. At the meeting, the school vice president, Mr. Wang, introduced the new admissions policy. Mr Bu, the president of our school, introduced the advantages of small class teaching, the characteristics of school’s small class, individuation, and internationalization, and the excellent teachers who will be in charge of the teaching of the small class. During the briefing meeting, parents spoke freely and communicated with the cadres and teachers friendly.
The school is always working hard to return to the community, inherit good education and deepen the small class, individuation, and internationalization of education for international understanding. The construction of primary school and junior high school linked one-stop training mechanism of outstanding students is on the list as well. The school also lay the foundation for the development of students in high school and make efforts to build brand characteristics. At the same time, it will be a gift for the 20th birthday of Yuanhengjia Education Group. On April 24th., the school launched the plan for 30 students who enrolled the school to help the excellent students realize their dreams in Shenzhen Longhua Chinese-English Experimental School.
The second grants in our school includes three projects which are Doctor Grant, Yuanhengjia Scholarship and School Grant to assist the students for three years. The capital sunk in it is up to RMB3.5 million in all.
In order to improve the overall quality of school, our school has also invested heavily to improve school conditions and hired famous teachers nationwide. Meanwhile, the school have made many efforts to build a good platform such as the establishment of Education and Teaching Management of Specialized Committee, and The Implementation of School Governance Experts; the development of small early convergence courses, English courses, life planning courses, international understanding education curriculum and senior high school entrance examination course; personalized training program, the implementation of small class teaching under the guidance of tutor and so on. All the above are to cultivate students' comprehensive quality, promote the growth of students, and help students enter famous high schools in Shenzhen.
