When the boys and girls held beautiful flowers in their arms standing on the runway; when the headteachers with a big smile stepped on the stage which looked ordinary but honors; when the children in line said "teacher, we love you..." in their childish voice, can you imagine how many teachers that are always working hard for a long time burst into tears? At that moment, too many hearts are moved deeply and increasingly firm.

On April 24, 2017, with the children's flowers, applause and blessing, the first Headteachers’ Day in Shenzhen Longhua Chinese-English Experimental School kicked off.

The event was guided with the theme of Spread Positive Energy, Sing Happily in Longhua. We related Yuanhengjia Education Group’ s educational idea: four beautiful education and advocated active moral education. To find out the professional development path, we played a symphony made up of three parts: found positive beauty, explore a positive way, and spread positive force of moral education. The respect, understanding, and love’s harmonious atmosphere are created. In order to achieve this goal, our school carefully designed the first Headteachers’ Day, which includes “7 ones”.

A song: during Headteachers’ Day, the class as a unit, the children chose 1-2 songs or poems that praise teachers and sang every day.

A selection: each grade elected My Favorite Headteacher, wrote an introduction and showed it on Wechat.

A present: we called on every student and their parents to work together to give a hand-made present to teachers. Buying in shops isn’t allowed. The aim was to show respect and love to their teachers.

A case collection:among the students, teachers, and parents, we  collected The Story of Our Headteacher.

A special exhibition:combined with the Opening Day in the middle of the term, our school carried out the academic report on knowing the growth and showing their abilities to their teachers in the class meeting.

An activity to communicate and encourage each other: a speech activity would be held among the teachers. Its theme was Beautiful Education, My Duty.

A training promotion: our school carried out The Positive Moral Education Concept Learning and Teacher Training Program training.

The head teacher is an important implementation of students' daily ideological and moral education and students training, is also the healthy growth of children's leader, we are calling on the whole society to pay more attention to the teachers. At the same time, it should establish a long-term mechanism, professional literacy and education ability to promote the continuous improvement, providing security to help children grow up.
