It's a school enrollment season again. The parents whose children are about to enter the first grade of primary school are really anxious. Shenzhen Yuanhengjia Education Group has 15 kindergartens. In order to let parents understand the relevant knowledge about how to transit from kindergarten to primary school, to share the education methods of behavior training, learning ability, knowledge and skills, psychological quality and other aspects with parents, the group held a lecture series on 8-9 April, 2017. The lecture series consisted four sessions and was entitled Kids are entering a higher school , are you ready? Nearly a thousand parents participated in the activity. The lectures by famous experts and experienced teachers were very meaningful because they gave parents hands to solve the problem that they were always worrying about. Parents who heard about the event took active part in the activity.

The lecture each time has four stages. The first stage was a training lecture from the expert who had worked in the primary school for many years. The second stage was communication between parents and the school construction and management expert from our group. The third stage was set in the middle of front two sessions. the tutor of parental upbringing interacted with parents. The fourth part was to visit the construction of our campus environment, the small class, the internationalization, our campus culture and so on in Longhua Chinese -English Experimental School.

Hu Huazhong, a teacher who has rich experience in our primary school, gave a wonderful lecture, which included 7 questions about how are you feeling when your kid is going to enter a primary school; what should we do; how should we face; what problems do children often meet; what can we do to help children; are the children ready for school. The lecture was guided by these 7 practical questions. The main line of the first part was to have optimistic treatment, rational understanding, and positive action. Mr. Hu answered the questions from parents. The questions related many different areas. His accomplishments in teaching offered many useful ways for those parents. Parents who participated in this lecture praised that his words came into their heart to help them solve  big problems.

Comrade Wang Kaili, the school construction management expert, took Longhua Chinese- English Experimental school as an example. He introduced the construction of our English course for parents and shared experience about how to choose a school which fits their kids. He also described what the three primary schools of our group have done to help children transit from kindergarten to primary school. Parents asked a lot of their own questions one after another and got live interactive solution.

At the beginning of this event, the gap between the training and lecture, Zhu Qifeng, the education tutor from Shenzhen Yuanhengjia Education Group had a scene interaction with parents many times. She'd liven up the mood. All of the audience got involved in it. The activity was educational and the effect was great.

Finally, the staff , who were chosen by Yuanhengjia Education Group, showed these parents around campus environment in Longhua Chinese- English Experimental School. They learned about the construction of small class, internationalization, campus culture and other aspects. Besides, they were also further familiar with the scenes where the children in primary school learn and live. The visit let parents have real experience and feelings.

September is the time when the primary school children get into the formal stage of learning. It will be an important point of life. The transition from kindergarten to primary school life is a major turning point in the process of children's growth. Shenzhen Yuanhengjia Education Group has been set up for nearly twenty years. In order to provide help for the group of kindergarten parents and to eliminate the anxiety of parents, let parents understand the relevant knowledge of kindergarten, at the same time, in order to return to the society, our group specially organized the exchange activities. We shared child behavior training, learning ability, knowledge and skills and other aspects of the education methods with parents from Kindergartens of our group and Longhua community. The public activity like this can help parents to solve problems practically and really go into the hearts of parents. So it has been widely praised by parents.
