On February 24, 2018, cadres from various departments and subordinate units of Shenzhen Yuanhengjia Education Group gathered at Longhua Chinese-English Experimental School and held the 2018 Spring-Festival Annual Meeting to share the beautiful educational dream of a new era and celebrate the happy harvest year of Yuanhengjia.

Mr. Song Yuanbiao, President of Shenzhen Yuanhengjia Education Group, made an important speech at the meeting. In his speech Mr. Song pointed out that the responsible person of each unit should "take over the leader's baton", "lead the team’s innovation and development", to "strengthen the reserve of talents and the transformation of achievements"； specially emphasized that a group leader should "lead the thoughts,  styles, profession, and performances", and "hold the steering wheel, pinch the target ruler, watch the task list, and start a new journey"; he called on everyone to "persist in cultural confidence, actively resolve problems, do good in cultivating talents to make positive benefits". The President's speech painted a better blueprint for the group, making all the people of Yuanhengjia more proud and passionate.

At the meeting, the responsible persons of each unit shared their working experience and achievements of the year 2017 and looked into the future on the work of 2018. Addressing at the meeting are the representatives from 15 subordinate units including Early Childhood Education, Pre-school Education Center, Yuanhengjia Education Co., Ltd., Longhua Chinese-English Experimental School, Gongming Chinese-English School, Biaoshang School, Education and Research Academy，Primary and Secondary Education Center, International Education Center, Training School, Financial Settlement Center, Logistics Services Company, Stationery Commodities Company, Chongqing College Organizing Office, and the Administrative Center. The excellent speeches made by the representatives of each unit have brought in valuable working experience and very novel ideas to the cadres at the meeting, which has won warm applause from all.

The video of the group's ten big happy events played at the meeting showed the great achievements of the group and its subordinate units and encouraged all the people present. President Song Yuanbiao, the founder of the group, has been elected as the first representative of the National People's Congress in Longhua District, and has been awarded the title of the Ten Top People of Education in Shenzhen in 2017; the 18 main buildings of  Yuanhengjia Chongqing College were completed, the institute of innovative education with Yuanhengjia characteristics settled in Wuhua County, Meizhou City; the cooperative projects with Tsinghua University, Shaanxi Normal University and other universities and colleges of higher education were proceeding in an orderly manner; new micro-study countries of Canada, Britain, and Australia etc. were added to the projects of the International Education; Small-sized class education gained bump harvest as the junior college entrance rate of Longhua Chinese-English Experimental School reached 94% during the Chinese College Entrance Examination; the overall academic performances in the secondary school’s final examination ranked top in Longhua District, and that of Gongming Chinese-English school won the second place in Guangming District; Yuanhengjia Early Childhood Education was awarded the Most Innovative Prize of the Good Reputation of Shenzhen Education in 2017. In addition,  the athletic competitions, educational and scientific research, and the efficiency of school running and so on are fruitful and inspiring!

The second batch of Yuanhengjia cadre badges were granted by The Board of Directors of the group at the meeting. The beautiful badges are the honorary symbol of Yuanhengjia staff, which shows their efforts and prides and gathered the founder's expectations for all the cadres, teachers and other staff member to forge ahead. All of them expressed that by wearing the badge they would better remember the mission of "Shenzhen Yuanhengjia, International Elite Education", have more courage to assume the responsibilities, cherish more the honor of Yuanhengjia, and put Yuanhengjia "happy education" into practice more consciously.

After the first phase of the meeting, a welcome dinner was held at the canteen of the International Department in Longhua Chinese-English Experimental School. In relaxing and happy atmosphere of the buffet, the New Year celebration, the toast for a new semester and the lucky draw etc., all the people present greeted each other for the New Year and communicated on the great journey of “Building an Everlasting Career Modestly Hand in Hand”.
