In order to strengthen the skills and professional quality of child-care workers in work, our kindergarten carries out The Skills Competition Between Child-care Workers, which includes making dumplings, cutting fruit and fruit platter. And it can not only improve our teachers’ interestingness in conservation work, but also promote the relationship of each other.

The child-care workers pick up a stick to roll out the round and thin dumpling wrappers one by one, then spoon the stuffing to place in the middle of the wrapper and fold it. In a moment, all kinds of dumplings are made out and presented in front of us. They look really so cute!

Fruit Platter

All sorts of fruit are played out many new tricks by our clever child-care workers. Some of them look like the crab; some of them look like flowers; and some of them look like trees… What a creative design! They not only give people a kind of visual enjoyment, but also tempt people’s appetite.

From this activity, we realize that the competition is not the ultimate goal. We just aim to offer teachers a platform to communicate, where they can get better acquainted with the skills of how to work efficiently.
